Looking in my car for my lost MP3 player I came across a cassette by a
band from Tonbridge, Kent called Hard Lines.
Led by keyboard player Ian Rae they have a phenomenal guitarist named
Tim Cansfield.
I last saw them in a pub in Sevenoaks many years ago when the audience
was full of guitarists trying to work out how he does it.
Can't find any Youtube but website here

Yesterday I heard a new instrument for the first time, a busker in Luzern - and I just fell in love with it. Can anybody find a good link? The instrument was invented in Bern and looks like an overturned wok with knobs on - the Hang - made by PanArt percussion. Magical - I want one for my 60th BD- am on the hunt.

Peter Erskine (the guy on the drums) is possibly more famous than Mrs. Costello.
I didn't like her when I saw her live a while ago but have changed my mind. Ta!
