

The inaugural flight of the new Flybe Southampton - Beziers service arrived 10 minutes early on Friday afternoon.
The flights will run between 27 May and 9 September 2011. Details are:
Southampton-Beziers dep 10:35 arr 13.35 (Friday) dep 10:45 arr 13:40 (Monday)
Beziers-Southampton dep 14:10 arr 15:05 (Monday, Friday)
Booking today for next week, flights are around £55 one way economy (£200 business). Economy tickets have extra charges for hold luggage.

*Through booking possible (so no rechecking of baggage) from Beziers via Southampton to Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Jersey, Guernsey. Flybe currently flies to around 40 destinations from Southampton, so other destinations are available.
*Southampton airport is small and has a rail link to London taking 1hr 10mins
*Flybe now has codesharing with Air France. This means that you can fly Perpignan, Montpellier or Marseille to Manchester via CDG (i.e. AF domestic to CDG then with Flybe CDG to Manchester
and eight other UK destinations ). Codesharing provides one booking and one baggage check-in.
*British Airways and Flybe have limited codeshares on several routes, primarily those to and from Manchester, Birmingham, London Gatwick (Inverness & Aberdeen) and Edinburgh, following Flybe's takeover of BA Connect in March 2007.
