I get dozens of tenders a day in my "Inbox" some of which are of little relevance. The following tender I am unable to apply for as I have no office or affiliate in Japan.

A one year generic communications campaign in favour of the cheeses of France in Japan. Described as follows;
Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The overall objective of this one-year generic campaign is to design and implement a press and public relations campaign in favour of cheeses of France, specifically cow's milk cheeses. The communication objectives are: To associate the cheeses from France in a modern and trendy lifestyle. To reinforce the image of cheeses from France as a European "lifestyle" product. To introduce multitude moments of consumption adapted to the japanese style of eating and in new and modern ways. To obtain press, radio and TV coverage in order to reach high income women - 25 to 49 years of age. I am struggling to associate "modern and trendy lifestyle" with cheese and France. How do you "introduce multitude moments of consumption" with half a kilo of Roquefort and a bottle of Sauternes?
Am I missing something? I'd be interested to hear your creative thoughts on this.
