The IP addresses of all posts in the forum are recorded to aid the enforcement of these conditions. The moderators of The France Forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time. All postings are archived and are available to the appropriate authorities in the event that a libel action is pursued.
As a member of The France Forum you agree to any information you have entered in the forum being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither The France Forum nor phpBB can be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
No discussion of the reasons for removing, editing or closing a post will be entered into on the open forum although our moderators will do their best to explain their actions with you by PM.
No TFF moderator takes the decision to warn or ban a member alone. Therefore, members must respect the general rule that all moderator decisions are final.
